Return Policy

Change of Heart

We are happy to facilitate a return where the items are unused, unwashed, unmarked, and returned with the original packaging within 14 days of your parcel being received. Please note that all linen bedding returns are checked carefully for the presence of any hair (human or pet) and a return will be not be issued if any hair is found on the item or the item has been mishandled in any way. For a Change of Heart return, Zolena Home is not responsible for the return postage and shipping costs. To process a return, please contact us directly. Please allow up to 5 business days once your parcel has been received by our store to issue your return in full.
