Return Policy

Change of Heart

We are happy to facilitate a return where the items are unused, unwashed, unmarked and returned with the original packaging within 14 days of your parcel being received. For a Change of Heart return, Zolena Home is not responsible for the return postage and shipping costs. To process a return, please contact us directly. Please allow up to 5 business days once your parcel has been received by our store to issue your return in full minus the original cost of shipping.
