Our shipments are dispatched Monday – Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed early the following week. Please allow 48 hours for a shipment notification to be sent to your e-mail.
We will contact each customer directly to confirm the cost of shipment and the estimated delivery date. You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays or issues with dispatching your shipment.
Zolena Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of each shipment. We try to bill Canada Post at the actual cost. Occasionally, shipping costs are not calculated correctly and the charge may be vastly over or under what it should be. In this case, we will contact you with the correct shipping cost and adjust your invoice accordingly.
Duties, taxes and any other import fees for all orders are NOT prepaid by Zolena Home. Customers are liable and responsible for all duties and taxes as applicable by each destination country. These fees are normally due at the time of or before delivery. Zolena Home is not liable for these charges and will not refund or reimburse them. If you are unsure about what charges apply to your country, please contact your local customs office for more information.
