Our shipments are dispatched Monday – Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed early the following week. Please allow 48 hours for a shipment notification to be sent to your e-mail.
We work primarily with Canada Post however, alternative courier methods may be an option depending on location and the item being shipped. Before you check out, you will be provided with an estimated shipping quotation prior to completing the purchase. You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays or issues with dispatching your shipment.
Zolena Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable. If customers want to return or exchange an item, they will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to Zolena Home.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of each shipment. Occasionally, shipping costs are not calculated correctly and the charge may be vastly over or under what it should be. In this case, we will contact you with the correct shipping cost and adjust your invoice accordingly.
